Moving Inwards

Vini Yoga

A class where yoga is adapted to each individual’s own structure and requirements. Plenty of modifications, as well as, challenging variations are on offer (dependant on ability). Correct breathing technique is greatly emphasised as the key to unlocking the true potential of the asana.

Sunset Yoga

Leave the day behind with a practice that is designed to acclimatise your body, mind and soul to the setting sun. This session includes closely intertwined practices such as pranayama (breath work), asanas and mudras and will leave you rejuvenated at the end of the day.

Prānāyāma & Vedic Chanting

A more advanced yoga class, ideal for those who want to evolve their breath work, and learn the beauty of working with mantras.

Mūdras & Bandhas

A more advanced yoga class, where we start to explore how simple āsana can be transformed through the use of special spinal alignments, and ways to “lock” the body.

Restorative Yoga

It consists of a series of long held passive poses that mainly work the lower part of the body; hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are rich in connective tissue and the practise will leave you feeling calmer and balanced while improving flexibility and joint mobility.

Sunday Flow

A choreographed flow sequence where each movement is made on an inhalation or exhalation uniting breath and movement. The perfect way to end the weekend and flow into the weekday.

Sunrise Yoga

Our early morning yoga will start your day right, with an Ashtanga based flow of movements to awaken your mind and body while setting your intentions for the day. Synchronise your body with the rhythmic wisdom of nature on our 11th floor pool deck at each sunrise. This will allow your body to switch off the “fight or flight” response and tap into the healing benefits of your body and mind.
