A strength focused flow followed by a stretchy yin/ restorative practice where you stay longer in a posture.
Our early morning yoga will start your day right, with an Ashtanga based flow of movements to awaken your mind and body while setting your intentions for the day. Synchronise your body with the rhythmic wisdom of nature on our 11th floor pool deck at each sunrise. This will allow your body to switch off the “fight or flight” response and tap into the healing benefits of your body and mind.
