Yoga is a science of right living and it works when integrated in our daily life. It works on all aspects of the person: the physical, mental, emotional, psychic and spiritual.

Hatha yoga is a generic term that refers to any type of yoga that teaches physical postures. Nearly every type of yoga class taught in the west is Hatha yoga. It is a gentle introduction to the most basic yoga postures. You will end up leaving class feeling longer, looser and more relaxed.
